USAStrings.com is committed to fanatical customer service.
We will accept returned merchandise up to 45 days from date of
purchase as long as it is in resalable condition. No restocking fee.
Guitar Strings must be unopened; Guitar Straps must be in resalable
condition. Amplifiers and Effects pedals must be in resalable condition
with original packaging and paperwork.

Shipping cost are not refunded.
